Since the promulgation of the new Companies Act and Business Rescue Regulations we have been appointed as practitioners in several cases.

With significant experience in distressed situations and a solid framework for analysing a company’s financial position, business model and operational set-up, we are able to quickly and effectively develop executable rescue plans.

In all our interventions as business rescue practitioners, we have kept very tight timelines, always managed to have our plans approved by creditors, lenders and shareholders and have executed as per those plans.
